With more than 20 years of experience helping organizations improve performance through smarter business decisions, Kamilla Lawson brings a unique combination of executive consulting, workforce strategy, organizational optimization, and technology advisory expertise.

Throughout her career, Kamilla has advised executive leadership teams, built organizations from the ground up, led national consulting initiatives, and helped businesses navigate growth, transformation, operational change, and workforce strategy.
